Note:
If you're downloading direct to your mobile device, you may need to
extract the mp3 using a zip file manager app (i.e. AndroZip) and save
it to a "ringtones" folder on your internal memory. Then it
should
be recognized on your device as a ringtone. You can also save it
to a music/download folder, play it as an mp3, then save it as a
ringtone.
